Last Updated: April 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Airlink application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. License and Intellectual Property
Airlink is an open-source project released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software, subject to the conditions laid out in the MIT License. All trademarks and brand assets (including the Airlink logo) belong to the project maintainers.
3. Use of the Application
Airlink is a peer-to-peer (P2P) mesh messaging tool. You are solely responsible for any content you transmit through the application. You agree not to use Airlink for any illegal activities or to transmit content that violates the rights of others.
4. "As-Is" Software Disclaimer
Airlink is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
6. Mesh Relay Responsibility
Airlink uses mesh networking where your device may relay encrypted data for other users. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept that your device's resources (such as battery and local networking) may be used to support the mesh network's stability and reach.
7. Termination
The project maintainers reserve the right to discontinue the development or distribution of Airlink at any time without notice. Since the app is P2P and open-source, the network may continue to function as long as users maintain their own nodes.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
